I carry a burden.
The burden of the silenced. The burden of the damned.
A burden that will change me as it has all my life.
Will I become stronger for carrying it or will it run me into the ground?
It's all a gamble and it's getting old.
I find myself not caring whether or not I win anymore.
Life's just a game. Isn't that what they've told me?
What a sick twist of words.
This isn't a game.
It's survival.
